Full payment must be made 30 days before departure. For bookings made within 30 days, full payment is required immediately.
Tickets, hotel vouchers and tour documents will be issued 7 days prior to departure.
Hotels: 25% advance to confirm; 75% due 30 days prior. Some properties, including wildlife lodges and spa resorts, may require 100% payment or special peak-season terms.
Transport: 20% advance, 60% due 30 days prior, 20% before tour commencement.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 days via NEFT/RTGS. No refunds for unused services.
Amendments must be requested in writing and will be processed subject to availability.
Any change resulting in cancellation will follow the cancellation policy.
Failure to join the tour, late joining, early leaving, or inability to travel due to personal reasons (including illness, loss of documents, etc.) will be treated as a no-show, with 100% cancellation.
Pre-tour services used independently and later non-joining will not be refunded.
Clients must follow the tour itinerary and report at the designated time and place.
The company may withdraw tour membership for behaviour affecting operation, safety, or fellow travellers’ enjoyment.
The company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the tour.
Clients are advised to obtain their own travel insurance, as it is not included in the tour cost.
The company is not liable for:
Death, injury, sickness, loss, delay, or damage from any cause.
Acts, omissions, or defaults of independent contractors (airlines, hotels, transport providers, etc.).
Loss/damage of baggage, airline overbooking, flight delays, route changes, cancellation by airline.
Force Majeure events including natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, civil unrest, etc.
Clients shall indemnify the company for any damage caused to property or service providers due to their acts or omissions.
Travelcartindia.com acts solely as a tour operator and does not own, manage, or control airlines, hotels, transport, or other services. Independent contractors are responsible for their own operations.
Tour prices are dynamic and may vary by booking date. Prices may be revised due to increases in fuel, taxes, airline/rail charges, or supplier rates. Clients must pay such increases before departure. Different passengers may pay different prices for the same tour.
Tour direction or itinerary may be reversed or adjusted due to operational reasons.
Alternative hotels of similar category may be provided if required.
No refunds for partial or missed services due to client delay.
Clients are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property.
Chauffeur details are sent via SMS a day prior.
Clients must contact the provided number if unable to locate the driver before arranging alternatives.
Infant seats must be provided by the client.
Final transport billing is based on actual kilometres; minimum kilometre charges apply.
Airlines are responsible for baggage loss, overbooking, flight cancellations, or changes in timing/route.
The company is not liable for any airline-related issues.
Low-cost airlines may not provide meals. Baggage rules vary by airline.
Clients voluntarily participate in activities such as trekking, safaris, boat rides, etc., and must ensure they are medically fit. The company is not responsible for injuries or loss arising from such activities.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, India.
All tours are governed by applicable laws of India and local regulations of destination countries.
By signing the booking form, the client confirms having read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking.
